Complete our brief leader training application. We will review it and schedule a meeting with you to discuss your experience, and goals to determine if we see a mutual fit for you and our program.

If we discover a mutual fit and you're ready to work with us, we'll book your training date and begin onboarding. The onboarding process includes:

  • paying a deposit to hold your spot
  • receiving a coach onboarding kit
  • receiving access to all digital tools, materials, and video content
  • introduction to the greater System & Soul community
  • pre-work on foundational tools to get you ready for training

Training

Our trainings take place in person in Atlanta, GA, over 2 days. *Certain exceptions can be made for large groups from the same organization or individuals who request virtual training.

The training fee is $10,000 (one-time fee) with an ongoing $299 community membership.

Over the 2.5 days we are together, we will teach and practice implementing the tools together.

Who is this training designed for?

This training is designed for leaders who are responsible for the execution of a team or department.

What makes this different from typical leadership or management training?

Most leadership programs focus on ideas.

This program focuses on implementation.

Every session introduces a leadership/operational concept and then creates space for participants to begin applying that concept to their own team.

Leaders leave with real work drafted—scoreboards, objectives, role clarity, or meeting structures they can implement immediately.

It’s designed to move from concept → draft → implementation.

Does this training replace the need for a coach?

No.

This training strengthens coaching—it doesn’t replace it.

System & Soul coaches work with leadership teams to implement the full operating system across an organization.

This training helps individual leaders understand the system and apply it more effectively with their team.

Think of it as building the leadership capability that allows operating systems to actually work.

What kind of results should I expect?

That’s completely fine.

The tools taught in this training are designed to be useful for any leader responsible for running a team.

If your organization later adopts the System & Soul operating system, this training will make that transition significantly easier.

How much time does the training require?

Each session is designed to provide meaningful learning while respecting the realities of leadership schedules.

Participants should expect time for:

• the workshop session itself
• reflection and implementation with their team between sessions

The goal is to create progress without overwhelming your calendar.

We primarily offer this training in-person over 2 days. However we can accommodate virtual groups as well as needed.

How are participants selected?

We review each application to ensure the program is the right fit.

The goal is to bring together leaders who:

• have real leadership responsibility
• are open to improving how their teams operate
• are willing to apply what they learn

If it looks like a good fit, our team will confirm your participation in the next cohort.

What happens after I apply?

What if my team resists a structure like this?

This is a common concern. And a real one.

In many cases, teams resist structure because the structure they’ve experienced in the past felt rigid, bureaucratic, or disconnected from real work.

The frameworks taught in System & Soul are designed to do the opposite.

They create clarity around roles, priorities, and expectations so teams can move faster with less confusion. And everything we do is designed to be flexible to meet your team where they are today -- not impose something they are not ready for.

What if I’m already overwhelmed? I don't have time for this.
