Your leader will schedule a quarterly meeting with you to review and discuss your Roadmap. Prior to each meeting, they will be asked the same questions you will answer about Healthy F.I.T. (your values and role alignment). During your meeting, you will have the opportunity to compare and discuss.

How-to Lead a Healthy F.I.T. Conversation [Video Demo & PDF Guide]
The goal of this conversation is to help leaders and their team members have candid dialogue around a team member's dreams, goals, unique skills, passion, current role satisfaction, and overall performance.
We recommend you allow 45-60 minutes for this conversation and thoughtfully work through each section of this Road Map. You may not need to review the Mission and Hedgehog sections at every meeting, but be sure to focus time on the Growth and Contribution sections.
