Complete our brief coaching application. We will review it and schedule a meeting with you to discuss your experience, and goals to determine if we see a mutual fit for you and our team.

Training Prep

If we discover a mutual fit and you're ready to work with us, we'll book your training date (virtual or in-person) and begin onboarding. The onboarding process includes:

  • paying a deposit to hold your spot
  • receiving a Chair onboarding kit
  • receiving access to all digital tools, materials, and video content
  • pre-work on foundational tools to get you ready for training

Training

We offer both virtual and in-person training options throughout the year.

We will teach the foundational tools in our framework (both on the systems and soul sides) so you have everything you need to take the tools and resources that your members most need back to your groups.

Launch & Grow

Once you complete training, you will be certified in the framework and can start expanding your existing relationships with members.

Leaving training, you will have a 90-day Sprint planned to guide you as you go. 

All coaches receive ongoing support through our private Slack channels, weekly live calls, and quarterly events.

You'll also have access to any and all new resources we develop to use with your clients ongoing.

All coaches are required to pay a $495/month fee to remain active in our community and continue licensing our content.

Is this meant to replace or compete with my role as a Convene Chair?

Not at all. System & Soul is designed to support and extend the work you’re already doing, not replace it.

As a Chair, you facilitate reflection, challenge, and growth in a peer-to-peer setting and in one-on-one caching. 

System & Soul helps your members bring that clarity back into their organizations—aligning their teams, priorities, and execution. It reinforces your impact by helping their businesses reflect the leadership they’re developing in the room.

How would I actually introduce this to my members without it feeling forced or “extra”?

Most Chairs introduce System & Soul when a member expresses a gap between insight and execution—when they’re clear on what needs to happen but their team isn’t aligned or moving.

It becomes a natural next step, not "one more thing."

You can simply offer it as a resource or pathway for members who want help bringing their leadership team into alignment, with the option to stay involved or not depending on what feels right for you.

We also see Chairs using the framework as content for their groups to experience in their ongoing meetings.

How do System & Soul Coaches sell their services?

We don't sell. We create value.

Most of our coaches have been successful with one thing: building relationships. Whether it’s one to many or one on one, the key is talking to people, LISTENING to their problems, and offering to help them with a solution that fits their needs.

This year we launched a new approach that is seeing a 30-50% conversion rate called a Strategy Sprint Workshop. This approach allows our coaches to offer value and help to their prospects before ever “selling” to them.

How long is the coach training/certification and where is it held?
Training time is dependent on virtual or in-person attendance. In-person training is 2.5 days. Virtual training will be spread out in 2-3 hour blocks of time.
What are the ongoing obligations of a coach?
  • We do not require a minimum number of clients or sessions in order to stay active as a coach.
  • We encourage coaches to stay connected through our weekly calls and quarterly gatherings for their own benefit.
  • The coaches who get the most out of our program are active in our community and doing ongoing work to build their business.
What’s included in the training and membership?

Training includes 2.5 days of instruction on the core tools in the System & Soul Framework: 4 Tools for Confident Execution and the Strategic Planning Road Map. We also cover some quarterly/annual session structures and team health tools.

Travel expenses are not included in the fee and will be the responsibility of the trainee. Membership includes access and permission to use all the intellectual property System & Soul has developed. It includes ongoing access to our community of coaches, weekly coach calls, and quarterly gatherings. It also includes a free S2 Sync account (our app).
