Skip Johnson
I’m a coach, advisor, and investor who’s spent two decades navigating the tension between building great businesses and living a life that actually matters. From leading a billion-dollar RIA to running a nonprofit, managing real estate, and stewarding a historic farm—I’ve learned how to integrate faith, family, and entrepreneurship into something meaningful and sustainable.
As a System & Soul Certified Coach and Certified Scale Architect, I help founders and leadership teams get aligned, gain traction, and scale without burning out. I bring strategic frameworks and real-world experience to the table—cutting through complexity, clarifying what matters, and helping teams build momentum around mission and margin.
I’m married to my best friend, Amy, and we’re raising three amazing daughters. Together, we’ve experienced the joys and challenges of building a life around what matters most.
We co-founded Riverbend Refuge, a nonprofit retreat center designed to refresh leaders and help them find clarity in their calling. At church, we help lead the Kingdom Builders team, encouraging radical generosity.
A former All-American wrestler, I now chase challenge through elk hunting, golf with Amy at sunset, or slalom skiing with family. Life on the farm and lake keeps us grounded, while the mountains call every fall.
I love helping leaders align what they’re building with who they’re becoming—fueling growth, generosity, and lasting impact.
