Are you in survival mode?

s2 model Sep 23, 2021

Remember how excited you were when you first started your venture? You went in head first and worked your ass off. You set goals and timelines but you had no idea the growth you were going to experience in such a short amount of time. Well, first...that’s a pretty amazing problem to have, right? So, kudos to you. But secondly, now you’re in survival mode and just trying to stay above water to make everything happen and keep the ship afloat. You’re probably feeling really overwhelmed and while you need to take a step back and re-evaluate you don’t think you have the time to do that. Or maybe you don’t even know where to start.

On the flip side, maybe you’ve been in business for a minute. You had that initial amazing growth but now you’ve hit a wall. No matter what you do you can’t seem to move the needle and you have no idea why.

Both of these situations can be super frustrating. It’s like a cluttered house. You look around, see the mess, but have no idea where to start.

That’s where we come in. We’re gonna ask the questions. Get to know you. Your business. Some of the questions might be hard. Don’t worry, we’re in this together. We want to help you remember why you started. The heartbeat, the soul, the passion. That’s really the center of your business, where everything emanates from. Or it should be. You need to take a step back and breathe. Get clarity.

You see, small companies like yours create the value that impacts our communities. Having the right system in place can accelerate that value. But don’t forget the soul of your company. Sustainability and growth need both a system AND a soul.

So what does that look like?

Well on the SYSTEM side we’ll get clear on your:

DESIGN - Getting clear on how you move. Your structures and processes.

CADENCE - Making sure you’re all moving at the same pace with the same objectives.

SCORE - Measuring your progress

On the SOUL side we’ll figure out:

DESTINATION - Get everyone going in the same direction.

ETHOS - Knowing who you are as an organization. Your values. Your identity. What are you great at?

PEOPLE - Your culture. Leading yourself first. Being proactive about creating the culture you want.

Our approach is different, but it works because we balance the development of systems and processes alongside the people and culture. We believe that to be successful and healthy long-term you need both.
