Do we have the right people for the stage of business we're in?
Think about it like this...
If you're in the Innovation Stage (aka The Barbarian Stage) you may not, for example, need the polish and precision of a tenured CFO to manage every detail of your books right out of the gate.
You just need a caveman who can start a fire. (FYI... That caveman might be you...)
Who you need depends on where you are and the stage you're moving toward.
