80% or more of the companies I see are missing this one thing when it comes to company values.
I honestly think they avoid it because... well, it sucks.
Here it is: Your values should inflict pain.
They should repel as much as they attract.
They should be a megaphone for what you say NO to as much as what you say YES to.
