Based in Nashville, TN, Stratasan partners with more than 1,000 hospitals from the nation’s top healthcare systems, across 40+ states, providing market intelligence that equips them to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in their strategic planning initiatives.

The Challenge

Stratasan, like any fast-growing company, was experiencing common scale-up pains. Unclear roles, lack of accountability, weak leadership infrastructure, low team morale, and high turnover in key departments like business development were hindering growth. Despite receiving funding and having big growth goals, they lacked an operating system and a strategic way to align their leadership around those goals.

The Solution
