System & Soul™ was founded by Benj Miller and Chris White, two long-time entrepreneurs and business coaches with a heart for helping small business teams win. As avid learners and facilitators for the last decade, they've honed in on the essential tools any business needs to thrive and decided to build a framework so businesses everywhere could experience the transformation they were seeing with their clients.
Today, the System & Soul Framework is taught around the U.S. by our team of certified, tenured coaches to small-and-medium-sized organizations.
